[GreenKeys] Re-inker for Model 28ASR

I came across an old RTTY Journal yesterday that showed a modified reinker
installed on a 28ASR. The reinker was the Model 14 type, just the re-inking roller
on a short angle bracket. It is shown mounted on the ASR's paper tape reel, right about
where the roller guide wire bracket is located (adjacent to the typing unit's
leftside ribbon mechanism). I am pretty sure the reinker
Don has on Ebay (Kleinschmidt type) would also work with a little tweaking.
