I just am having a hard time believing propagation this summer/fall.  No 
propagation to W1AW today on 20, 18 mc is as bad and yet i'm getting 
about 90 % on 7095.  That's a long haul with band condx as they are. 
Today at noon on our 40 meter am get together no one could hear anyone 
else.  yesterday 18Mc to the east coast was 599 print. But  DX on 20 has 
been good during the mid afternoon hours.  And yesterday morning i 
printed a JA on around 7038 kc with an S9 signal

Strange things are happening!
