Hi Steve,
 
I hope to be able to work you on 20M RTTY. 
 
I've worked EU stations with power outputs as low as 5 watts.   Antennas can 
be dipoles, verticals, it doesn't seem to matter as long as the SWR  is below 
3:1. Frequency shift is 170 Hz.
 
Look for most 20M RTTY between 14080.0 and 14095.0.  The band expands  during 
major contests to 14070.0 to 14120.0.
