After sending my comment, it occured to me that finding a new one might be a 
problem, at least at the giant mas-market stores.  I ran into the same problem 
trying to buy some EIDE hard drives, and more recently trying to find a 21.3" 
flat screen monitor.  I haven't been in Germany in years and don't know the 
store situation there, but over here, I would look around for smaller locally 
owned shops who might not scrap last year's hot items.
