Hi Russ,

Along with the help from the group, I have been doing my homework like a good 
student.  I am not trying to be funny, but there is so much valuable 
information in the group that a person would be foolish not to do their part as a 
beginner.  And I did. 

I read about the milliseconds and the lengths of the pulse, so I understand 
exactly what you are saying.  It is a misadjustment, but it can work.  Now, the 
"eighty point" of range is new to me, but I will get right on it.  The 1962 
RTTY hand book is still in the mail, but I have a feeling the book will cover 
this point.
