[GPS_Standard] PLL Experimental version withdrawn

Jim's compiler made a complaint that mine didn't, and this pointed out a minor error displaying the help message.  His testing also indicates that it's locking to the wrong value.  So, I've disabled the download of the experimental version.  If you are running it, please let me know whether the DAC value has settled to something lower than you were used to seeing in Version 0.8.
