[GPS_Standard] Fw: False Alarm

I've just been told that a nearby experiment has apparently caused the abnormal readings from from a GPSDO running my experimental code; so - false alarm.  I will address the problem with the help screen's bad compiled location and put up a corrected version a bit later.
