[GPS_Standard] Berts new Firmware and stuff

I'm tending more and more toward using AVR's myself, although each product
has its advantages and disadvantages. Atmel hasn't come out with a product
yet that is anything like the PIC 10F200. I've been working on a keyer on a
1/2 inch square pc board using the 10F200.
