[GCARC] WINLINK Question

Hello All,

I just logged into the Winlink server and noticed that the
2m(145.030) sound card device was not working so I rebooted it.
Unfortunately it still  states that the VHF soundcard is still not present.
Perhaps something became unplugged. I'll try to get over to the clubhouse
tomorrow to check it out. Below is a snippet from the VARA Log. It appears
that the 222 & HF modems are up and running.
