[GCARC] WINLINK Question

Hold on, scratch all of that. I managed to get it working. For some reason
the 2m sounds modem was pointing it's microphone to the 1.25m sounds
device. I was just able to check my mail using W2MMD-3 on VARA-FM and
Packet. So the RMS should be working now
