[GCARC] Sri Lanka and Monaco

Thanks to Mark Gottlieb, I was able to get Sri Lanka on 30M with FT8 tonight.

Also, Monaco has been appearing on 17M in the mornings on FT8. Monaco is fairly rare. There are no antennas allowed in Monaco, except for stealth wires. That, lack of numbers of hams, makes it rather difficult. I got lucky and stumbled on his CQ and he answered me on first shot.

Still stuck on needing Zone 24 for WAZ and 4 more countries on 80 for 5BDXCC.
