Good catch Mark, 30m goes long to that area around this time of nigh in general, as well as to Southeast Asia.
Note that you will hear/work stuff on FT8 when the band otherwise sounds totally dead!
A couple nights I kept calling CQ on FT8 after midnight on 17m and to my surprise worked several deep Asia stations, China, Thailand, and South Korea all in a row.
I've also worked EU hours after their sunrise on 40m.
Amazing stuff.
