[GCARC] Volunteers needed at Vineland Veterans Home

near and dear to my heart. Forgive me.

They are looking for volunteers to help the Veterans during various
functions.   I had mentioned before, I volunteered there for several years.
It can be a very rewarding experience.

Good morning everyone,

Happy November 1st!  As this month is a time we express our gratitude for
the things in our life, I want to take a moment to say how very thankful I
am for all of our wonderful volunteers who make such selfless acts of
kindness to ensure our residents feel wanted and appreciated each day!  I am
very grateful for all of you!!

We are now in full swing to prepare for our upcoming holidays of Veterans
Day and Thanksgiving!  There are many activities planned this month to honor
our Veterans. Please feel free to join us if you are available!

In addition, we have some exciting news to share about a new volunteer
opportunity at the Veterans Home!  We are actively recruiting for volunteers
to help us with the bowling alley, canteen refreshment stand, movie theater
and donation store area!  We are planning on starting these new assignments
effective December 1st!

Times needed for coverage are daily from 9am-11am  or 1pm-3pm.  If you would
be interested in helping us with this project or can fill any times listed
above, please email me to set up a time to meet regarding this program.
With the help of our volunteers, our residents will be able to use the
bowling alley and movie theater daily!   

Thanks again for all that you do for our residents!  I truly am thankful for
all of your support!!!
