Reminder about the Army MARS Comex Exercise starting tomorrow.  If you 
check into one or more of the CW nets (on amateur frequencies) and pass 
the needed info, you will get a QSL card.

As part of our all out efforts to maximize the collection of County 
status / infrastructure reportsfrom each of the 83 counties that make up 
New York and New Jersey during the upcoming Joint MARS/Amateur 
Communications Exercise, we are once again instituting a series of CW 
Nets that will be used in addition to our other established methods.

The following is the FINAL MARS COMEX 17-4 CW NET schedule for November 
2ndthrough November  6th, 2017.

Please note that *_ALL times are Zulu/UTC_*

NOVEMBER 3    0030Z - 0059Z   3.563  + -

NOVEMBER 3    1530Z - 1559Z   7.063  + -

NOVEMBER 3    2330Z - 2359Z   3.563  + -

NOVEMBER 4    1530Z - 1559Z   7.063  + -

NOVEMBER 4    2330Z - 2359Z   3.563  + -

NOVEMBER 5    1630Z - 1659Z   7.063  + -

NOVEMBER 6    0030Z - 0059Z   3.563  + -

Amateur operators can check in with the Net Control station and give the 
following details: RST/NAME/COUNTY/STATE/AMATEUR CALL. Since this is an 
EXERCISE we will assume all systems are operational such as: Commercial 
power, telephone service, water and communication services.  If so 
please send: ASO (meaning All Systems are Operational).

  * All stations are welcome to check in to the special CW net.
  * Times and frequencies are subject to change at anytime.
  * A QSL Card confirmation will acknowledge ALL stations checking in to
    the special COMEX 17-4 CW net
  * Any speed CW is welcome
