[Fox_Tango] fan motor

You may need REAL oil. Water Displacer #40 isn't much of a lubricant or
penetrant. Try some electric motor oil or some sewing machine oil. If
its a muffin fan you may find a rubber seal under the label, poke a
needle through that and inject a drop or two of real oil.
