[Fox_Tango] fan motor

Good Day List...
I have a question...
I realize that this has probably been covered a million times before on the
list and elsewhere, but Im new to the list...
thats my story and Im sticking to it !
I think I need a replacement motor for the fan on my FT101B...
In the last few weeks the motor has become erratic, speeding up and slowing
down, sometimes stopping all together...
This morning, I took the motor out of the fan housing and sprayed it with
WD40 and it seems better, although it still speeds up, slows down and
stops... just not as badly...
At last to the question...
Is there a way to adjust the motor so that I can get a little more out of it
??
Anybody know of a direct replacement motor for the fan ??
With all the FT series radios out there, there must be a motor available...
