[Fox_Tango] Need advice re no output on FT-101

There is suppose to be a dummy plug on the rear of the radio.  Pin#1 and #2 
on the larger plug should be shorted.  The larger plug is the accessory 
(ACC) plug.

The smaller plug is the VFO plug.
