I think if you get a personal paypal account and you don't ever allow 
credit card payments, they will not charge you the 2.75 percent.  That 
is what I do.  Your payments can come from a PayPal balance or from a 
payer's bank account.  It works for me, but when selling items on ebay 
you cannot claim that PayPal works with their button, but I think they 
still allow you to explain it in the payment instructions.  PayPal and 
ebay are way too much in cahoots for the good of the consumer.
