 I agree, but, as a practical matter, get ticked off when a seller posts retaliatory
negative FB n response to a legitimate complaint about the seller's goods or packing.

I've had sales end, the buyer get my money (USPS verified the date/time the MO was
cashed), sell the item to someone (likely the under bidder) and then void the sale
and give me negative FB (after the MO was cashed). I complained to eBay with proof
and got nowhere.

The system is nice in theory, but essentially useless in practice.
