The USPS has been in the business of keeping Mail Fraud in check for decades.
The BUYER is their customer and vthey are Federal Cops tasked with keepingt the
mails safe. eBay does not give a damn, and won't do anything, Postal Inspectors
put perps in jail.

I choose the latter.
