I don't understand why you are so scared of getting a negative feedback
on your record. You could think about that as your badge of honor, proof
that you called a spade a spade and you have the retaliation marks to
prove it. If you don't give a person the feedback he deserves because
you are scared to get a retliatory feedback from him, then you are the
cause of the feedback system not working like it should.
I look at feedback to see if the guy has had complaints and what kind of
complaints they were.
Your goal does not have to be to keep and maintain 100%. It should be to
honestly report bad deals and let the next guy make his own judgement
for himself if he wants to deal the that person, or you, or not.
