Most people do not read the FB. They just look at the +/- . eBay will
essentially not fix (-) FB, even if it's unjustified. Hence, I only post FB
after having received FB. I suspect that's what most people do. The system just
DOES NOT WORK, in that the rating is selective...  essentially only the good
experiences are reported. I've done 3 or 4 times as many transactions as have
FBs

If a seller will not take USPS Money Orders, I do not bid..
