Hi all

I received a combined issue of #4 and #5 on September 22.  My address label was fine.   It is no surprise that issues containing only the barcode were received as the barcode actually is the 9-digit zip code, and the barcode is read by optical scanners to route mail.  If you check your other mail, you will find these barcodes on almost every piece.
