Well,
  I guess it's time (again) to express our displeasure to the FCC on the BPL
topic. Please go to the FCC's ECFS Express website and submit a short
comment. http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/ecfs/Upload/ and select docket 03-104.
It's easy, it's fun! I did it! I checked for comments posted today, only 5!
Yes they were all from hams, all opposed. We can do much better than that!
