  I guess it's time (again) to express our displeasure to the FCC on the BPL
topic. Please go to the FCC's ECFS Express website and submit a short
comment. http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/ecfs/Upload/ and select docket 03-104.
It's easy, it's fun! I did it!

Anyway, I just checked for comments posted on Docket 03-104 for the date of
03/03/2004, there are now a total of 13, all AGAINST! I know most are from
hams. LETS give them some more! Everybody! We can do much better than that!
