[Fists] Fists and BPL?

Group,

Now that some of us are no longer members of the ARRL, what plans does FISTS
have to fight BPL?

Now I know its probably not in your backyard yet...

But it is in mine. From what I have heard of it on my radio's forget using
40-10 meters when its prime internet time. It should be interesting when the
sunspots come back in cycle. Interesting tidbit about BPL in Manassas VA. No
one has figured out how to complain, or the city is fibbing about no
complaints to the FCC.

As for it spreading here, it started out on one street and I think it is now
in three area's around the city. Sort of a plague.
