[Fists] KN0WCW QSL Albums

More will be coming about this in the next KeyNote, but wanted to get it out
to the list.

The albums of QSL's received from KN0WCW contacts will be available for any
function where FISTS has a booth, special event station, etc.  Albums are
broken down by call area, with one for DX and SWL.

Requests will be handled on a first come first serve basis depending on the
albums requested.  You can request the partial set or complete set,
whichever you fell will best serve your needs.

Albums are to be returned immediately after an event to allow for updating
and/or forwarding on.  The only exception will be when albums will be
forwarded directly to the next requestor.  Return or forwarding postage will
be paid for by FISTS.

Requests must include:

Name and call of requestor
full mailing address
home phone number
email address
date(s) of event
the name of the event
