[Fists] Code Buddies Needed

One of the ways we can fill the airwaves with CW is to elmer those who 
want to learn and improve their CW skills. Here at Code Buddies Central 
we always have more students than elmers, which means a group of hams 
new to CW are waiting for help. I keep encouraging them to get on the 
air and to practice with whatever learning tools they have, but I worry 
that they get discouraged in the 2-3 months it takes for them to work 
their way up to the top of the list.

To become an elmer is a positive way to affect your hobby! Don't sit 
back and hope someone else will do it. Tell me you want to help out a
