I find it rather significant also that he flatly states that if you are NOT 
an ARRL member, he is not too interested in your opinion. Interesting. Sure is 
a good way to win friends and influence folks. I wonder how long these polls 
and silliness is going to continue? The FCC will do what they want to do, with 
or without the ARRL as has been proved over the past few
