Karl....actually it is very easy. All the proposed monkey business is listed=

on the ARRL web pages, usually along with directions on how to comment. Even=

simple comments like "I support the blah blah"....or "I am against the blah=20
blah" or "I support this part blah, but am opposed to this blah". That is=20
sufficient and tells it like it is. Ya do or don't. It's not required to ent=
er a=20
three page letter that is going to put the reader to sleep, quoting a whole=20=
bunch=20
of stuff the FCC already knows. Good like. Give it a shot. They won't come f=
