Karl....actually it is very easy. All the proposed monkey business is listed 
on the ARRL web pages, usually along with directions on how to comment. Even 
simple comments like "I support the blah blah"....or "I am against the blah 
blah" or "I support this part blah, but am opposed to this blah". That is 
sufficient and tells it like it is. Ya do or don't. It's not required to enter a 
three page letter that is going to put the reader to sleep, quoting a whole bunch 
of stuff the FCC already knows. Good like. Give it a shot. They won't come for
