[Fists] thoughts

Well said Al. It's a common misnomer that in order to file a comment or
write an effectual letter to your representative you need to have the
equivalent of a lawyers briefing paper. As Al said, be brief and to the
point. That actually works much better than pages of text where they need to
figure out "where you stand." Unless you feel like you are truly bringing
something new to the table, just give you support for/against each item.

I know it sounds corny, but I still believe that our voice MEANS something.
It's just we are all too often too quiet! Whatever your opinion is, it's
good to make sure your voice is heard. It lets them know what we have
numbers, and we're willing to do what it takes.
