I joined fists just be associated with those that enjoy cw and I still
get  a thrill out of every cw contact. Fone contacts have lost their
magic after 29 years as a ham but the magic is still there with cw. Like
many old hams out there with health problems I dont get on the air much
any more but when I do its on cw. Of course I still check into the ole
geezer net on 40 meter fone 2 or 3 times a week but even there we id in
cw and sometimes go to cw if band conditions are to bad for ssb.All in
all its been a fun hobby and continues to be one.
