I am DX for USA.  So my question:
when I calling on specific QRG 14058 CQ FISTS for
which station I must answer - for station with 599+30db from Europe or
for station with signal 339  - and which callsign I can't read with
QRM from nonFISTS station ? If I give beam call ,for example CQ FISTS
or CQ VE - I MUST first answer for these stations.
Many times when I calling CQ FISTS somebody asking QRP or noFISTS and
when FISTS no call me - I will reply QRZ? ,but if at same time I copy
other station - maybe FISTS I asking QRZ FISTS ONLY. I think it was
normal - reply to station which you calling.
When work recently VP6DI - new one for DXCC for all of us - and first
few days work ONLY USA  - nobody from Europe call him when ask
QRZ W/VE.
But very often when I calling CQ FISTS and process QSO and finish QSO
- other station was calling FISTS member which just finish QSO with
me. And he reply. And do QSO. But it was MY freq. I first call CQ - I
was work on this QRG for 1 or more hour. It is normal? I know lot of USA
station who after QSO with me on my freq - using it for answer other
stations. But it was very seldom. Mostly of FISTS members asking QSY
up/dwn 1khz for continued QSO. In any of this case I was QRX
transmit.
I think beam call - was beam call. Really I never call station when he
call CQ USA. But if I need a QSO I just asking PSE EU and if station
reply EU GA I will give a call. If station continued QRZ USA I never
call him - when work VP5/W4OX and call USA I just give FISTS on QRG
and he immediately reply FISTS GA .
