Exactly. It's my pleasure and aim to work any and all ops who answer my "CQ 
FISTS." Due to our proximity to the QRP calling frequencies, I frequently 
receive replies from low power ops and I'm happy to chat with them via their 
often QRO-sounding signals.

I do get the occasional op, not a FISTS, who apologizes for that lack. No 
problem, and a great way to talk up FISTS and recruit new members.
