[FieldDay] proposed FD changes

Promote promote promote!!!!

I created a flyer and passed it around to local agencies and community
centers.  I would try the local schools, boy scouts, Police dept and Fire
Dept.  Mayor's office, local university, Youth groups, 4-H, etc.

Also, it helps to know friends in low places with media contacts.  One guy
who did FD a few years back knew a guy at the paper and got a full page
spread in the Sunday "Community" section.  I took it over the year after and
was lucky to get a blurb on the back of page 9...   :-)

How do you get folks to come out to Field Day in the first place? This is
always a major problem for me. Folks that make solid commitments and still
don't show up! I'm not against your ideas here, in fact I like them, but
adding the complexity ain't gonna get folks to come out.
I believe if you take away the food....no one would show up...what a
