Suggest you consider the Prince George's County Equestrian Center in Upper 
Marlboro.  I have no idea what the location rental might be, but there 
are/have been a lot of medium-to-large computer shows held there every few 
months under the auspices of MarketPro Shows, and past attendances have been 
substantial.  The MarketPro staff charged around a $6.00 entrance fee to the 
attendees, plus table/space rental to the vendors (amounts unknown) to cover 
location rental and to provide a profit.

Indoor space is over 7,500 sq ft, I believe, and outdoor parking can 
accommodate several hundred cars easily.  I do not remember parking fees 
being charged; however, I have not attended a computer show there for the 
past year or so, so that might have changed.  The closest parking area could 
be used as a small tailgate area.  The next closest parking area would 
provide a larger tailgate area although it is a couple of hundred yards away 
from the main building. Don't think either one has electric service; perhaps 
the tailgaters could be advised to bring their own generators if they need 
juice.

I do not recall there being rooms/spaces for meetings in the main building, 
but there have been some food vendors, from whom you can get a hot dog and 
such.
