I'm having the same pattern in Montgomery as Morris is in Prince Georges.

One pattern is if I find the square footage, there's no meeting space 
and sometimes no completely enclosed vendor.  And when I find meeting 
facilities there's no _big_ indoor room and Im lucky to get 200 
parking places.

Hopefully there are exceptions.
