Guys
The Tower trailer has a 45 foot crank up tower with a mast section of 5 feet
or so. I have a 2 element triband beam and can provide a rotor for turning
it. It would be possible to have a 2 meter or 2/440 antenna above the the HF
beam . In the past we have used the tower to support a wire antenna G5RV or
DXCC 10 thru 80 meters as an inverted V. I only have a 20/40 meter wire
antenna but you are welcome to use it. There are ropes for guys, outriggers
for stability but they present problems with anchoring to paved surfaces. I
would suggest we try and use the large area near front of building if
possible. Is Walmart opened 24 hours anymore. I have pulled the trailer
wheels and lubed the bearings. New tag sticker on trailer so we are legal
for road use.
Click on attachment above to get a view of the tower trailer.
