[FARC] ARRL Field Day 2013 - FARC - Frederick Local

Last field day there were three transmitters.  The generator will
support another rig.

At present, unknown if CW will be there, and also unknown about GOTA and
Satellite.

I believe that the comm trailer is not enclosed, but has crank up tower.
I will get it to the
location, however, we'll need more than just me involved in the planning.

I will have a tent, and possibly a canopy for weather protection.
