[FARC] Important FARC Meeting on 10-15-2012

To all "FARC Members in good standing".

At the October 15, 2012 meeting, FARC will have voting on adapting the 
proposed "Revised Constitution & By-Laws".  Members in good standing, 
defines as having paid their 2012 dues or are officers of the club, can 
vote at the meeting or send an e-mail to the club President Jim Ridgley. 
His e-mail is posted on the FARC web site. Please send your e-mail in a 
timely fashion so it can be counted for the voting.

The proposed revised Constitution & By-Laws are posted on the club's web
