[FARC] SKYWARN Winter Storms Class

All:  There was interest indicated at last night's FARC  meeting for the 
upcoming SKYWARN Winter Storms training at Westminster.  It  is currently 
shown as FULL.  Keep looking at the National Weather Service  (Sterling, VA) for 
upcoming classes.
