[FARC] WN3R Letter in QST

David K3PO spotted a letter from Dick WN3R that made it into the 
"Technical Correspondence" section of the latest QST that may be of 
interest. 

It's on pages 50 and 51, and deals with fail-safe remote control of a 
remotely-operated Ham station via phone line.  The approach Dick 
describes could  be useful in any number of other applications, and uses 
readily-available parts and kits from QKits.

Congrats to David on the new call, and congrats to Dick on getting a 
good idea into print.
