[FARC] Quick question for anyone

Josh, I'll go along with Joe's comments on the 2m single band mobile rigs.
One big advantage they have over some of the dual-band rigs is much
better intermod resistance, since the front end receiver bandpass is
narrower by definition. This can make a big difference in signal-dense
areas like downtown Frederick or the Rockville-Gburg-Germantown
corridor, in my experience.
But do check with KJI, if you haven't already. He usually meets or
beats the other guys' prices, and offers the same fast and free shipping
service. (But unlike the other guys, he brings his shop down to our
Hamfest... )
