[FARC] Posting to List from AOL and MSN?

Does anyone on the FARC list have any insights on how AOL and MSN email 
users can send "plain text" emails to the list?

If so, please share your knowledge here.  We have a couple of potential 
subscribers who use these services, and a common hang-up seems to be 
that they default to sending email in HTML format vs. plain text.  The 
mail list software rejects HTML because of the overhead and spam/virus 
potential.
