[FARC] This Is a Test

A couple of prospective FARC mail list subscribers have had difficulty 
in getting themselves subscribed.  This is a test message to see whether 
an administrator manually subscribing them has worked. 

Anyone who has emails they send to the list rejected should go to 
http://mailman.qth.net/ and look at the FAQ, as well as the info linked 
under the heading "Is your email to us being rejected?".  The list 
management software has been set up by the host to be pretty picky about 
what it will accept - for example, no HTML, which can usually be turned 
off when you compose your emails prior to sending.
