In my opinion, I would send the Web link (URL) to everyone and they can c=
hoose to sign on if they wish. This option would save someone the time an=
d trouble of entering all the required info and it would save on people r=
eceiving email that they may not wish to receive.

There are two methods of subscribing to this FARC list..  #1 is to manual=
ly
add each & every available address to the list myself (or Bob).  #2 is to
send out a web link (URL) which allows those individuals to voluntarily
subscribe themselves..  Quite a chore deciding which way to go.

This is the URL we could send to each member allowing them to subscribe
voluntarily.
