[FARC] next step?

All,

There are two methods of subscribing to this FARC list..  #1 is to manually
add each & every available address to the list myself (or Bob).  #2 is to
send out a web link (URL) which allows those individuals to voluntarily
subscribe themselves..  Quite a chore deciding which way to go.

This is the URL we could send to each member allowing them to subscribe
voluntarily.
