[FARC] Repeater Locations

Colleagues = Although we can't keep our repeater loca-
tions *secret*, it is not a good idea to be precise 
when discussing them on the air = I suggest that it's
enough to say that 147.06 is on a hill west of Freder-
ick and that 146.64 is located on a tower in Frederick

Obviously the chances of stealing something from one 
of the County's buildings are slim, but why help out
the crooks who *do* have scanners? = Not so many years
back Mike, W8ABC, related a tale of repeater thieves
who had cut their way into a concrete block shack w/
a ceramic saw 

I suggest that exact locations do not need to be given
