Prosperous New Year.  Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah, as

to you and yours.
         I would also like to express my sincere gratitude for your
support 
of and efforts in maintaining our local emergency and public service 
communications preparedness by training and participation in
Section-wide 
and local activities and exercises.  I very much appreciate your
continued 
leadership in strengthening MDC's ability to provide communications, in 
time of emergency or disaster, for our ARES and RACES served agencies.
         Please be so kind as to pass these Greetings of the Season to

team members along with our thanks for their year-long diligence in
